1. Disassembly the related part with spray pattern.

Take out fluid adjustment knob and needle spring

and also needle as well

Take off the air cap

Unscrew fluid nozzle with spanner wrench

2. Cleaning the paint passage way with brush

Clean the material passage with brush

Clean the material passage with brush

Clean the body surface

Dry with air duster gun

3. Cleaning the related part with nozzle

Clean small holes on the fluid nozzle with a special tiny brush

and clean also nozzle orifice

Clean tip of the nozzle carefully with brush

Clean also thread of the nozzle carefully with brush

Assemble fluid nozzle

Tighten up the fluid nozzle with spanner wrench

Assemble the air cap and hand-tighten it.

Grease the needle

Insert the needle

Grease the fluid adj. knob screw.

Grease the needle spring

Grease the air valve bar behind the trigger

Adjust (15-60 degree tighten) needle packing with spanner universal
