Basic Instruction of Selleys S21
To confirm that the application is more comfortable and understandable
Preparation before operating
Selleys S21 Spray pack is the electric airless spray which is compatible with voltage 220V. This is the standard voltage for Thailand territory. You just find the normal socket and connect it in order to be ready to use.
This spraying unit is available for normal paint material. For example, acrylic paint, plastic, water-based and rust protection for metal structure. However, the paint viscosity is not more than 20,000 mPas which is limited by nozzle size not more than 0.021 inch whether the dilution process is required or not but the overall viscosity should not be exceeded than limit.
Basic Instruction of Selleys S21
STEP 1
Turn on the red switch on the spraying device
STEP 2
Switch the relief valve to be "Prime" position in order to make paint flow to be reversed.
STEP 3
The paint flow will be reversed out from reverse tube.
STEP 4
Before switch the relief value to "Spray" position, decrease the pressure to be 0 bar.
STEP 5
Once the pressure is reached to 0 bar, you may switch the relief valve to be "Spray" position following picture.
STEP 6
Increase slowly the pressure at 160 bar which is the suitable pressure level for spraying
STEP 7
Once the pressure are reached to 160 bar, you may start a spraying test or operate in actual application.
STEP 8
After testing or working completed and you would like to stop an operating. You may decrease slowly a pressure to be 0 Bar.
STEP 9
Ensure that the pressure must be decreased totally to be 0 bar and then you can switch off a unit after that.
