AG-14 Spray Gun

Characteristic of Airless Spray Gun

 

A spray gun give a flow and pattern without air pressure. It is suitable for high viscosity material and thickness surface by spray out with pressure level at 220 bar and finish job quickly than other spray type. (Quickest spraying method as compare to other spray gun type and suitable for protectoral corrosion paint material for piping, metal, gallon tank and etc.)

For VECTOR PRO and AG-14 is built for normal high viscosity material which is the regular paint material in market. Vector Pro is a starter unit with economy price and compatible for small to medium high pressure feeding pump. AG-14 is the large scale of airless spray gun with stainless body and apply with more viscosity and quantity than VECTOR PRO.

VECTOR PRO Spray Gun

 

The basic unit of manual airless spray gun and regular unit for market but the performance is sufficient to be used with medium size of high pressure feeding unit. It is available for small unit such as Evomotion 20-30S or medium size of feeding unit such as Puma 28-40.

AG-14 Spray Gun

 

Not only the application scale is larger than Vector Pro, The body of AG-14 is stainless so it is robust and useful life is longer. It is suitable for large feeding unit pump such as leopard 35-70 and 35-150.

Remark:

 

Basic unit of HP spray gun by aluminium body but the nozzle, needle and wet part is carbide material for high vicosity material. As the aluminium body, the price is economy and regular.​

Remark

 

The different point from VECTOR PRO is the gun body which is built from stainless has more robust and all wet part is tungsten carbide material so it is applied with large feeding pump.
