The combination of electrostatic technology and air spray method
Electrostatic Automatic Air Spray Gun GA5000EA reproduce the atomizing system from GA5000EA which is the manual type for nozzle, air cap and needle that it is used same set with automatic type. Even the paint hose are the same. The different is GA5000EA structure will include the control section replace handle and trigger in order to use air pressure to switch on/off gun control so the air hose will be different type from manual type but the basis of using pneumatic system are the same which following as below explanation;
If we said "the best method of paint spraying is AIR SPRARY method because it cover completely surface with the best performance", this message is not exaggerated at all. As the air spray method, the air pressure is the key power to make paint atomization that this atomizing provide the widest spray pattern so the complex surface such as small auto-part for car, aeroplane, door and etc. The air spray method will be the first priority to consider and solve the normal issue of air spray such as waste a lot of paint from atomizing and overspray. Applying the electrostatic technology to use with air spray is the best decision for solving this issue.
As mentioned, electrostatic support paint to bring the paint atomizing into workpiece automatically, combining with air spray and wrap around feature will make a great performance of coating and save a lot of material consuming.

Every automatic spray gun divide sub spray gun type for spray pattern adjustment, first, the GA5000EAIC which is setting spray pattern at spray gun. IC is came from internal control. The structure are following as below;

Spray Pattern adjusting with EAIC
Position A is the adjusting screw for spray pattern that the user need to adjust by themselves. The position B is the valve rod for screw adjustment which provide the precise value and continuous.

The other sub type of GA5000EA is GA5000EAEC that the spray pattern must be adjusted at EPG5000 control unit. EC is mean external control or adjustment will be performed at external spray gun which support an operating progress more easy and suitable for spray booth which has limited area for reaching to spray and that's why the VM5000 control unit can not be applicable with automatic spray gun type.

Remark:
The significant different between EAIC and EAEC is position no. 1 that EAEC is needed to be connected with air hose D8 which is linked between spray gun and control unit EPG5000.

Position A is the area of air conveyor to spray pattern function which is convered by gun body and then spray pattern adjustment will be at position B that is the adjustment screw.

Paint Resistant and Suitable application
Recommend Paint Resistant
The recommend paint resistant value is more than 150 kOhm that electrode can add the electric charge and bring paint to wrap around workpiece automatically. Except the metallic paint that it has the powder metal metal in liquid material which has low paint resistant rate. It is required to use with spiral tube.

Suitable viscosity rate for GA5000EA
The viscosity rate is referred to lacquer as the main material and the recommend rate scale is DIN Cup 4 which is the viscosity cup with diameter size at 4 mm.
The recommend viscosity rate is 15 and 30 DIN sec according to below tale (Remark: DIN4 is the standard viscosity unit of industry at Germany, the measurement unit is second by counting from timing liquid falldown flow from cup. The below table is the compatative table with other standard rate)
The guidance of viscosity table for GM5000EA
The recommend rate is 15 and 30 DIN Cup 4 sec so if we use the other standard rate, please refer to number on row 5 to row 12 in left table Therefore, the viscosity rate in the same row can use. For example, if you use ANEST IWATA NK-2, the recommend rate is 11 ad 31 NK-2 sec.
