Control Unit of electrostatic automatic spray gun solvent-based only

This device is used for setting the high voltage, changing recipe and control the electrostatic spray gun GA5000EA (Air Spray) and GA5000EAC (Air Coat). This control unit has the adjustment function for air spray pattern (shaping air) for EAEC version (External setting version). It can not be used with manual electrostatic spray gun or water-based paint version.

Control Panel of EPG5000

1. Adjustment Knob for atomizing air pressure It is available with pressure gauge and blue knob which is ready to be adjusted.

2. Adjustment Knob for spray pattern air (shaping air) pressure It is available with pressure gauge and blue knob which is ready to be adjusted.

3. Recipe Selecting button This control unit can record 3 recipe that all recorded recipe can bring back to use in the same condition. No need to re-setting, Just push the recipe button then the spray performance will be the same and quality of each workpiece will be the same.

4. High Voltage Setting Button (Kv) When you push this button, the signal beside button will be light up. It show that you can adjust the high voltage rate not more than 80 Kv by adjust knob (Pos.14).

5. Current Setting Button (uA) When you push this button, the signal beside button will be light up. It show that you can adjust the current rate not more than 100 uA by adjust knob (Pos.14).

he light parameter of Kv and uA Both of rate are adjustable about the limit rate only. These 2 values will be changeable, increase and decrease always while using. Kv will be changed opposite value of uA that it depend on the distance between spray gun and workpiece.

6. Auto button for switches between automatic and manual operation You can change the control method any time between automatic control via external interface or manual control on this unit.

7. Flushing Button For flushing gun process

8. Spray without high-voltage This button make spray gun atomize paint without high-voltage. It is active in manual operation.

9. Spray with high-voltage This button make spray gun atomize paint with high-voltage. It is active in manual operation

10. Lights up when encounter the fault on control unit

11. External release signal When the setting is made from via external interface, can bus or external set valve specification.

12. Standby Switch on/off

13. LED number display There have a 2 cases, in case of voltage or current setting, the number will show the exact vaue of rate in digital number that it is accuracy than light parameter. In case of problem found, the number will be the error code that it present as 3 digits number.

14. Universal Adjustable Knob It will be operated together with pos2 and pos.3. When you push pos.4, the knob will adjust the Kv rate. If push pos.5, the knob will adjust the uV rate.
