High quality of spraying performance with quick spraying
The AirCoat spray gun is performed by mixing the high pressure paint flow up to 250 bar but it is controlled by low air pressure in order to make a better surface quality.
As the automatic spray gun, the spraying performance is constant than GM4700 (Manual type) because it provide consistency a flow rate and spray continuously for long operating time. It is suitable for production where operate more than 15 hours and require every workpiece to be the same quality.
Regular Equipment for automatic machine (CNC)
The custom made machine and built by order for coating must have the spray gun installation within machine. The base plate (or adapter) of GA4000AC whether ACIC version (Internal Spray Pattern Adjustment) and ACEC (External Spray Pattern Adjustment) has 2 version which are side plate and rear plate for material connection to match with position of paint hose, air hose and spray gun in machine.

Format of 2 types of GA4000AC
GA4000AC is separated into 2 types are following as below;
GA4000ACIC ACIC is Air Coat Internal Control which mean the spray pattern will be adjusted on spray gun only. The gun base plate has the screw setting for pattern adjustment (See more details of screw setting in component of spray gun) If the working space area is sufficient or CNC machine has sufficient area for officer who make adjustment of spray gun. GA4000ACIC is suitable for this case and it may be selected to use for spraying project which has a few frequency of pattern adjustment.
(It is possible that GA4000ACIC may be used and spray pattern will be adjusted often because there have sufficient area to make adjustment by officer)
GA4000ACEC ACEC is Air Coat External Control which mean the spray pattern will be adjusted outside spray gun. The gun base plate has air connection of SA (Shaping air or Spray pattern adjustment). The air pressure will make spray gun to be available of pattern adjustment. This type will be selected for working area of machine where has limited of working space. In order to prevent the obstacle of setting, spray gun will be set on position which connect air hose between spray gun and air regulator and make pattern adjustment from outside.

AirCoat Spraying Method
As we said the GA4000AC is performed by AirCoat spraying system. AirCoat or it can be called "AirMix" is the mixing of 2 spraying method between high pressure spray more than 100 bar which concern about quick painting and finish job within a few minute and low air pressure which use the weakness point of high pressure airless spray to obtain the optimal benefit.
The weakness point of high airless spray when the wind blow through the high pressure spray flow, the spray pattern will be atomized without direction and may damage the workpiece and working area so the airless high pressure spraying must be perform above air. If this weakness point can be controlled. we can change the atomizing without direction to be atomizing with proper direction and provide more quality of surface coating for workpiece. It will be the high performance of spray method, best quality of coating and finish spraying within a few time. Therefore, it will be the AirCoat spraying method.
