Manage the pressure flow for multi high pressure spray gun within 1 feeding unit

The high pressure spray gun receive the pressure flow from feeding unit in order to make spraying. In case of automatic spray gun or manual gun, the single unit of spray gun does not have the pressure inconsistent because there have only 1 way flow.

In other hand, using 2 spray gun or more may cause the risk of inconsistent of pressure flow to each spray gun. The pressure flow in each spray gun may not be same level and reduce the performance of spray so the material pressure regulator solve this problem by adjust the pressure flow of each spray gun to be the same level, the material pressure regulator can be used for both manual gun and automatic gun. Mostly, it will be applied with automatic spray gun because there have more risk of inconsistent pressure than manual gun and spend more operating time.

The material pressure regulator support to manage the pressure flow of automatic spray gun to be use the same pressure level. The principle is 1 pressure regulator for 1 spray gun. For the amount of spray gun unit, it is depended on feeding unit performance.

Functional Principle of Pressure Regulator (Upstream)

 

Upstream regulators control the output pressure by means of an adjustable spring load which balances the force produced by the input pressure. The spring force is adjusted by turning the handle or spindle which sets the desired output pressure. If the force resulting from the input pressure exceeds the spring force, the regulator is opened until the spring force and input pressure are balanced.

Functional Principle Back Pressure Regulator (Downstream)

Back pressure regulators control the input pressure by means of an adjustable spring load which balances the force produced by the input pressure. Manually controllable high-pressure regulator up to 120 bar for flow rates up to 3.1 l/min. Made of stainless steel with diaphragm made of extremely resistant highly molecular polyethylene suited to virtually all products.
