Structure of Powder Manual Set Prima Sprint X Air Fluid
1. EPG Spring X Control Unit
Controller for adjusting current, voltage, powder capacity, air pressure.
2. Powder Injector
Drain powder material and deliver to powder spray gun. Suction tube is available to contact directly with powder material box.
3. Trolley and Fluid Bed
Trolley with fluid bed which control unit feed electric power to vibrate fluid bed that it shake powder box to avoid powder material left over on bottom of box. (2 Small front wheel is an optional item.)
4. Manual Spray Gun
PEM-X1 Spray gun can keep at trolley.
5. Air Hose
Air hose is separated into 2 parts. 1st part for injector set; Red for Air pressure and Blue for Air volume. 2nd part for spray gun; Black for air pressure between control unit and spray gun.
6. Powder hose and Wire Cable
Powder hose (Translucent material) which is created for powder coating only. There always attach with wire cable to connect with spray gun.
Powder Manual set which does not need 60L container. Ready to service.
