The feeding unit is driven by air pressure. Air pressure is feed into pressure tank and use it to feed paint into spray equipment and liquid outlet unit. The operation is simply. You just pour the paint into container and feed air pressure following the pressure limit in order to operate pressure tank.
With the high performance product, it is applicable to use with advance spray gun without problem whether air spray gun or electrostatic air spray gun. The pressure tank product set include a stainless inner container that it can extend the useful life.

Basic quality control of operation and safety.
Air Pro Pressure Tank is available for maximum pressure at 80 Psi or 6 bar but the safety valve will be controlled and release pressure automatically when the pressure is over 60 Psi or 4 bar. The limitation pressure is intended to be adjusted lower than maximum pressure in order to avoid the damage or leakage.
In other hand, the operating pressure is around 1.9 - 3.0 Bar (Depend on application) which is regular practicable for liquid application with spraying. The new generation of air spray gun require a low air pressure used and electrostatic spray gun require a large air pressure but the overall pressure required value still be lower than safety valve requirement.
Stainless Inner Container always be included in standard pressure tank set.

Metal Pressure tank package set include standard item are following as below;

Pressure tank is built with metal part for whole body include wheels set under tank with wheels lock.

Air motor with automatic agitator with metal agitator shaft and plastic agitator blade (If applicator select manual type, there is no air motor and the price is different).

Stainless inner container is included in pressure tank package. The inner tank support main tank to extent the useful life. (No need to buy additional inner tank unless require to change color by switch the inner tank)

Pressure tank lid include air pressure gauge for air flow inlet with regulator, 2 ways air outlet with air valve, paint outlet for feeding paint into spray gun, (Large pressure tank such as AT-60A and AT80A has a 2 ways of paint outlet ) and safety valve for releasing the over air pressure (Safety valve will be activated when the air pressure over 4 bar.)

There have the optional item that you can purchase additional later are following as below;

Stainless Suction Tube In case of water-based paint application, the metal suction tube will be rusted once you use with metal suction tube.

Stainless Agitator Shaft Same reason as stainless suction tube.

Stainless Z Agitating Propeller Actually, the plastic blade does not have any effect to water-based paint but if the paint viscosity is too high, Z Propeller can be useful. This blade can use with high viscosity paint but require to be installed with agitating stainless propeker on above of propeller in order to use a full performance of agitation.

Stainless Close Lid for inner container The optional item for isolating the liquid to avoid the metal surface with 100%.
Those of above item is the optional part which is not included in standard package but you may purchase it later or you may order it and install into pressure tank. However, the other part such as additional air pressure regulator and spray gun is separated sold.
Applicable Material for Pressure Tank
Metal pressure tank can be used for surface coating application and general liquid transfer. The metal inside body is coated by teflon which is suitable for solvent paint and cleaning as the primary purpose.
But the standard package include stainless inner container so it can be applied a various liquid type such as enamel, general liquid chemical, high viscosity and also be applicable with latex glue. Therefore, the solvent-based or thinner can be used without problem.
Condition for water-based application
Even the standard package include stainless inner container but the agitator shaft and suction tube still be metal, it will be rust once you use with water-based paint so the special condition for water-based are following as below;

Changing the suction tube and agitator shaft to be stainless because these 2 items are the wetted part which touch directly a water-based liquid. If it is used continuoesly, both of 2 items will be depreciated in a few time.

The surface of inside tank lid has a low chance to touch the liquid but sometime the liquid may spill into tank lid then the rust is possible to appear on tank lid. You may purchase the stainless lid of inner container in order to isolate the liquid within inner container, suction tube and paint outlet way only.
Using Pressure Tank with other spray equipment
Pressure tank can be used as the primary liquid feeding unit into spray gun or be used as liquid transfer application The compatible equipment for pressure tank are following as below;

Compatible with ANEST IWATA Air spray gun model. For example, WIDER1 WIDER2 and WS-200. All model must be pressure type.

Compatible with WAGNER Electrostatic Air Spray Gun GM5000EA series but it does not have any air pressure regulator on electrostatic spray gun which is different from general air spray gun. Normally, the air pressure will be adjusted at WAGNER ZIP52 Finishing Diaphragm pump during use electrostatic gun Therefore, if you use with pressure tank, it is required to install the additional air pressure regulator and gauge on pressure tank at air outlet for air pressure setting.

In case of using with automatic air spray gun, pressure tank can not use with paint regulator and can not perform the paint circulation so it must be used with flow control valve for control precisely the paint pressure.

In complex liquid transferrer and mixing system such as WAGNER 2K comfort, pressure tank can be used for feeding the solvent-based material for cleaning a nozzle of automatic spray gun.
