1. Accessories of Powder Feeding Section

Standard powder hose from WAGNER with an inside diameter at 11 mm. The ground cable must be attached within powder hose (black line) to prevent the static caused by friction within the powder hose so the static will be moved into the ground system.

Trolley with fluid plate
Trolley with fluid bed plate will be vibrated always during operating which shake powder material to be quickly sucked by suction pipe.

2. Accessories and Common Spare Part
Quick release coupling
Quick-release coupling
Hose connector is linking between powder hose and powder spray gun which guarantee the optimal powder output. Currently, the regular powder hose is D11 so the quick release coupling must be code "2322761" which is available for powder hose with diameter D10 - D12.
Nozzle Extension
Too short spraying range is no problem. Nozzle extension have various length for each suitable work with size 150 mm 300 mm and 500 mm respectively.

Corona Star
Corona Star
Orange peel issue has occurred when the head spray gun is positioned to close workpiece. The powder surface is too thick and the surface layer around workpiece is not the same thickness. This problem can be solved with corona star which partition distant between head spray gun and workpiece in order to have optimal distant.

This spare parts that have the opportunity to break from being dropped or accidentally flick the workpiece by spray gun head then get the mark on the surface. Due this outer nut is similar to the PEA-C4 model, so it must be replaced with code 2320464 for PEM-X1 only to be worn.
Protective Wedge X1
The wedge will be installed within the electrode holder. It is used to be a bypass of powder flow and protect the electrode holder to prevent damage from the fraction with powder flow. This is the wear part which is depreciated from normal operating.

This is equipment which is available to remove or insert wedge only. It will be packed together with a new powder manual set. However, if it is lost, it may be purchased separately later. Importantly, it is available for PEM-X1 only.

3. Spare Part for Flat Nozzle
Electrode holder for Flat Nozzle X1
The majority wear part. The powder will be wasted or not it depends on this wear part. If it is fully depreciated and unable to use, it will not release electric charge to powder so it will because that powder will not be attached and coat workpiece automatically. The electrode holder must be matched with the type of nozzle.

When the workpiece is complex, for example, deep, niche, groove, corner. Flat nozzle support to make spray pattern similar to fan and the spray pattern cloud will attach workpiece easily.

Deflector Cone Sleeve X1
Deflector cone includes 3 sizes from biggest to the smallest following by D34 (34 mm) D25 (25 mm) and D18 (18 mm) respectively. It must be selected with depending on workpiece condition.

5. Spare Part for Powder Injector

This is the most quickly depreciated item from normal use. It is installed within powder injector so it will be a bypass of powder flow to a spray gun. We suggest that this part should be bought as a reserved item.
