Overview of Operating

Operating of Diaphragm
This picture came from ZIP52 but all wagner diaphragm are operated in the same pattern
Structure of Diaphragm
-
Pumped Material/Material Chamber
-
Diaphragm
-
Pressurized Air
-
Steering Valve
-
Material inlet valve (Obtain material from container)
-
Material outlet valve (Deliver material to Spray gun)
Operating Procedure of Diaphragm
-
Two coupled diaphragms (2) move from left to right and back to support the pressurized air (3).
-
Steering valve (4) bring the air to the moving double diaphragm to touch the fluid chamber (1).
-
Material paint is delivered to the fluid chamber by contraction and expansion with air and through the material inlet valve (5) then material outlet valve (6) and end up at spray gun.

WAGNER Diaphragm Feeding Pump

TOP FINISH DD10
The latest model of WAGNER Diaphram pump which is developed to make pulsation rate lower than ZIP52 so it provides flow rate lower but it is compensated by better feeding precisely and provide accurate flow rate more consistency. In addition, there is no paint regulator for DD10 because it provides the optimal flow rate already. This is the new choice for the customer.
