Liquid Transfer Hose for Paint spraying and Solvent Transfer work
HAKKO paint hose is designed for any brand of manual spraying equipment. Whatever you use ANEST IWATA or WAGNER, 3 types of HAKKO paint hose can be applied without problem and the hose material are separated into nylon and fluorine that it is suitable for water-based paint and solvent-based paint. They have special feature for ground wire (Only in E-SV and E-PFFG) in order to prevent the static.
Basically, it is built for manual spraying equipment but it can be applied for liquid transfer application so the hose size of inner and outer always more than 1 size for liquid transfer work of industry.

2 layers paint hose is built from polyamide or nylon material for inner layer that it can resist the paint solvent and thinner and polyurethane for outer layer for durable and flexible with reinforce yarn which enhance the duration. It is suitable for solvent-based paint spraying but you can also use with water-based paint but the duration may be shorter than water-based paint hose.

HAKKO E-SV: Nylon Hose with ground wire for paint spraying and solvent

3 Layers hose which is designed based on E-PFN but adding the third outer layers with conductive polyurethane. The black strip on surface is ground wire for prevention of static during spraying application or liquid transfer work in system. As this feature, this hose is suitable for manual electrostatic spray gun and they have bigger size for liquid transfer work that system require anti static hose.

HAKKO E-PFFG: Fluorine ETFE Hose with ground wire for water-based paint

The 1st layer is ETFE material and combine with 2nd layer polyamide (Nylone) elastomer that these 2 material enhance the capability of transfer for thick mass liquid like water-based paint with full performance. Then combine with 3rd layer the polyurethane material which make hose to be durable and flexible and end up with 4th layer as conductive polyurethane. Therefore, E-PFFG can be applied with water-based paint and prevent the static.
