In complicated system of feeding unit and material is required a multi-component paint. The ordinary feeding unit can not apply this kind of 2K material with full performance so WAGNER design and built the mixing system to support the application and dynamic use for different feature of material in each industry in order to make the surface coating performance in perfect result and consistent.
TWIN CONTROL 2K Mixing Unit System
The stand alone 2K mixing unit which include 3 feeding units in 1 set (A = Main Material, B = Hardener and Solvent for cleaning agent) to make 2K paint and controlled by main control unit which can be input and save the mixing ratio.

Twin Control is designed to comply with 2K paint which can use for long period work in order to operate continuously and finish within job requirement whether painting in construction area that it must finish job on time or painting in mass-production factory that it need to increase production capacity and speed up work to finish within time limit. This pump is the robust equipment and low maintenance.
As 2K materials are high viscosity material and quick harden than normal paint so operating system of Twin Control separate A pump for paint and B pump for hardener and 3rd pump for internal flushing process to avoid material coagulate within pump and can work for many hours.

Accessories with TWIN CONTROL 5-60
The accessories of TWIN Control 5-60 include Material Pressure PR8-IN40 is the paint regulator for starting point of paint inlet and ANEST IWATA PR-5B, this is the alternative accessories in case of using Twin Control 5-60 with spray gun more than 1 unit in order to keep pressure of each spray gun to be consistent. In addition, we have paint agitator which can be used together with feeding unit from AIRPRO.

Accessories for Twin Control High Pressure Unit
Twin Control high pressure unit is operated with pressure range 100 - 250 bar so the accessories must be compatible with pressure more than 100 bar. Therefore, the paint pressure regulator and paint filter must be compatible with the same pressure level of feeding unit. For spray gun, only high pressure spray gun airless and aricoat can be handle with pressure level 0 - 250 Bar.

WAGNER Twin Control: stand alone 2K Mixing unit
