The AirCoat spray gun is performed by mixing the high pressure paint flow up to 250 bar but it is controlled by low air pressure in order to make a better surface quality.
As the automatic spray gun, the spraying performance is constant than GM4700 (Manual type) because it provide consistency a flow rate and spray continuously for long operating time. It is suitable for production where operate more than 15 hours and require every workpiece to be the same quality.

Airless High Pressure Automatic Spray Gun
ROM import automatic airless spray gun GA400AL as the single series because the performance cover all kinds of processable material even the maximum pressure at 400 bar but it can be applied for spraying project which use pressure not more than 250 bar without problem and spare-part for service and sales for in-house maintenance.
The hose installation is simply. Connect air hose to spray gun directly and air hose is installed for control air only. The gun body is stainless and be available for maximum pressure at 400 Bar so it can be used with every series of HP feeding unit.

WALTHER PILOT dot matrix and marking block systems are designed for operation in combination with an appropriate control CPU. They will apply the relevant alphanumeric identification codes in continuous operation onto your strips, panels, pipes, tubes, coils and etc. As the precise performance feature combine with fast working feature, it make this equipment to be appropriate for quick paint injection and provide the constant spray pattern to provide the good performance work throughout the operation session in high speed working rates.
Character heights can range between 30 mm and 200 mm, with the dot size and paint application thickness individually adjustable at each gun.
