Automatic Spray gun in different type.
Due the gun mounting has many different type and some spray gun need to be installed on machine which is designed for specific order. So the automatic air spray gun is classified into 3 types. Firstly, WIDER-A is the standard type for normal installation. Secondly, TOF the small size automatic spray gun which is used to be installed on machine. Thirdly, WRA series is built for robot installation and can be used for circulation system. The other 2 types is a special purpose spray gun. ZP2-A20 is ceramic coating spray gun and marking gun series for line coating.

WIDER-A Automatic Air Spray Gun for General Industry
The standard automatic air spray gun which is installed with fixed mounting or reciprocator and also can be installed with robot if it support the weight of spray gun. There have 2 types, WIDER1A for general spraying and WIDER2A is the large spraying equipment which use paint volume and pressure more than normal type for high viscosity paint. If the painting system does not require the circulation, you can use this spray gun without problem.

TOF-6B Automatic Air Spray Gun for Machine Application
Available for mounting with all types of machine. With this design, TOF automatic spray gun series can be applicable with various type of adaptor and be created with compact size in order to install and operating smoothly and also provide the spray performance which is second to none if compare with ordinary type. TOF is available for both normal viscosity material and high viscosity material.
There have a 2 types. TOF-6B can be used for spraying mold release, rust-proofing oil and other liquid chemical. TOF-6RB use a few paint capacity and spray pattern is less than normal pattern and can be applied for marking purpose but the performance is lower than marking gun series.

WRA Series Automatic Air Spray gun for robot and circulation system
It is designed to applicate with robot as the weight is less than other type that robot can carry the movement weight while spray through out working period. WRA-101 is compact size, WRA-200 is large size for large volume spraying and can be performed for circulation system.
There have a 2 types. WRA-101 is the standard type and available for 0.8 mm nozzle only. Large spray gun type WRA-200 is available for 1.2 mm nozzle because it require to use paint volume and pressure more than standard type. As the structure of these 2 guns are compact than WIDER-A series so the paint passage is smaller. The nozzle must be smaller in order to prevent the over paint flow.

ZP2-A20 Automatic Air Spray Gun for Ceramic Coating
Automatic Air spray gun for ideal for spraying abrasive fluids such as enamels, ceramic glaze, abrasives. Seat material of nozzle and needle is tungsten carbide. High abrasion resistant.
This is the specific purpose spray gun for special liquid that other spray gun can not handle it. It is compatible for sanitary industry, mass production that require to spay the mixing water and clay and some paint which is high viscosity and abrasive more than usual.

AS-30 Automatic Marking Gun for General Application
The automatic spray gun which be built for marking and small painting purpose. The feature is the gun body can be applied with various adaptor and available to apply with feeding pump and PLC system for each factory without problem.
AS-30 for general marking application for line marking or dot with diameter size 1 cm for paint application for marking of inspection or inject paint into specific point with nozzle size 0.8 mm. In addition, this unit can be performed for circulation system.

AS-80 Automatic Marking Gun for extra fine application
The automatic spray gun which be built for marking and small painting purpose. The feature is the gun body can be applied with various adaptor and available to apply with feeding pump and PLC system for each factory without problem.
For AS-80, this unit can make line coating or dot marking extra small size with diameter size 5 mm. The nozzle size is 0.4 mm without aircap so the paint outflow will be line without spray pattern. It is designed for marking application.
